health department, state governments, local
communities and the private sector to assist
individuals with:

HIV/AIDS awareness and
prevention.

Supplying services such as,
pre-natal care, and immunization.

Distributing public health
information that cover other health issues
including, substance abuse, cancer, heart
disease, diabetes, and infant mortality.

Educate individuals on making
smart choices pertaining to their health,
through proper diet and exercise.
