Welfare To Work Program
This program will assist
individuals in making a transition from welfare
and/or unemployment to economic independence. We
will motivate and equip individuals who are
struggling with employment issues to
successfully move into the business world, by
moving obstacles out of the way.
H.O.P.E. will focus on:

Providing adequate and
realistic goals for achievement.

Providing adequate
child-care, after school, and/or elderly
care, so individuals can pursue their
education, employment, and/or training
goals.

Providing a network between
employer(s), employee(s), and educational
institutions.

Providing transportation,
and/or transportation assistance to
individuals.
-
Providing opportunities for
individuals to become self-employed through
economic development.
